Im Herzen des Motovun-Waldes findet man eines der bedeutendsten Gebiete für die Sammlung von weißen Trüffeln in Istrien. Jedes Jahr werden von der Firma Zigante die „Zigante Trüffeltage“ organisiert. Diese Marathon-Veranstaltung läuft an sieben Herbst-Wochenenden (vom ersten Wochenende im Oktober bis Mitte November).   Wir sehen uns auf der Messe und auf der Zigante Trüffel Ausstellung 2011!     In unserer modernen, nach europäischen Standards gebauten Fabrik in Plovanija entstand der neue Brand "Zigante Delice". Verschiedene Käsesorten mit Trüffeln und viele andere Produkte aus unserem "Zigante Trüffel"-Sortiment findet man nicht nur in den besten Restaurants, sondern auch in den Privathaushalten sowohl in Kroatien als auch in Europa und Weltweit.
