14:00 – Ceremonial opening of the Festival with geographical origin – TeTa. After the opening, at the Andrea Antico Square, acknowledgments will be given to awarded winemakers.

16:00 – Tasting at the Hotel Kaštel, lead by sommelier Sandi Paris. A lecture on truffles will be given in the Hotel by M. Sc. Vlasta Radoičić. She will talk about the classification, characteristics and peculiarity of truffles. Special attention will be given to the habitat selection and preservation of the white truffle.

17:30-18:30 – At the main square, the largest truffle, Veli Jože, will be selected and proclaimed.

Documentary film about truffles will be shown in the Bauer cinema, while the exhibition related to the Days of the Istrian County will be open in the gallery above the Lower Town Gate, from 11am to 5pm.

A rich gastro offer in local restaurants will be marked by truffle flavour, while the best Istrian Terans will also be offered for tasting.

The all-day programme will be followed by the Istria quartet, after which a party with Gustafi and Klapa Motovun will start at 9pm.

Of course, Zigante tartufi company will also be here, to present the unique line of well-known truffle products, as well as the seasonal fresh white truffles.
