Crni tartuf

Sezona crnog svježeg tartufa počinje u svibnju i traje do studenog.

Crni tartuf (Tuber aestivum Vitt) poznat još i kao ljetni tartuf, crno smeđe boje je i dimenzije mu variraju slično kao i kod bijelog tartufa od primjeraka veličine trešnje do primjeraka veličine jabuke. Najpoznatija nalazišta u Hrvatskoj su mu u Istri pored mjesta Livade. I za njega je kao i za ostale gljive iz porodice tartufa karakteristično da raste ispod zemlje bez vidljive stabljike ali u simbiozi sa nekom drugom biljkom o kojoj ovisi miris i aroma same gljive. Vadi se sa dresiranim psima tartufarima. Sezona crnog tartufa traje od svibnja do studenog i tada ga možete dobiti svježega.
